Self-development/Intellectual
-Encourages participants to cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills.
-Provides guidance on career exploration, goal setting, and skill development.
-Offers workshops, seminars, and personal development courses to enhance cognitive abilities and foster personal growth.
Career/Business
-Provides guidance on career exploration, goal setting, and skill development.
Facilitates mentorship programs, internships, and networking opportunities to support professional advancement and entrepreneurial endeavors.
Health/Fitness
-Promotes physical well-being through exercise routines, nutritional education, and lifestyle management.
-Encourages recreational and extracurricular activities.
Finance
-Delivers financial literacy education covering topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management.
-Provides resources on financial planning, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building strategies to empower financial independence.
Relationships
-Focuses on fostering healthy interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and conflict resolution techniques.
-Offers workshops on building strong familial bonds, nurturing friendships, and cultivating supportive social networks.
Spirituality
-Encourages exploration of personal values, and inner peace through spiritual practices and mindfulness techniques.
-Provides resources for spiritual growth, meditation, and mindfulness exercises to cultivate a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Respite Program
We partner with InnerCircle Foster Care Agency to offer a Respite Program for our local foster families. This program aims to help young people learn important life skills, understand mental health, and explore entrepreneurship. In this program, our foster parents get a day for themselves whilst our foster youth enjoy a full day of learning with fun-filled activities.

Young Entrepreneur Internships
|
This program is designed to grow the young entrepreneur to improve self worth, confidence, responsibility, guidance and direction. Youth will be tasked with reading material, mentorship, dealing with real business strategy, models, and concepts. Ideally, the target age for this group is 15yrs to 18yrs old.

Become an Ambassador
Our Ambassador Program is created for those individuals who bears compassion in their heart to make a positive change in this world by sharing their brave life journeys to develop and empower our youth. We rely on our Ambassadors to represent Supporting Arms in our local community and engagements. When you are a Supporting Arms Ambassador, you lead by example. It is essential that you are in total alignment with our purpose, vision and values. We ask that you commit to our mission, and promote and share our values and vision. There will be volunteer opportunities for you to facilitate and host workshops and events alongside our leadership team.
